How much does it cost?
The initial assessment is free. Every VRTL product is a monthly subscription with no setup fee, and your personalised page shows the exact monthly price for your configuration, including VAT, before you commit. You can switch optional modules on and off and watch the price change. Anything that genuinely needs bespoke scoping is flagged clearly rather than added later.
Is our data safe?
Website analysis only reads publicly available pages. Inside VRTL, each organisation's data is kept separate from every other customer's and access is controlled by your own team roles. We explain what data each integration uses before it's switched on.
What is the free assessment?
You paste your website address (or describe your business if you don't have one) and VRTL reads your public pages, works out what you do and which day-to-day processes a business like yours runs on, then gives you a short appraisal: where time is most likely being lost, and where AI or plain automation would genuinely help. Can AI help us quote faster?
Often, yes. Reading enquiries and drawings, pulling out quantities and materials, and requesting and comparing supplier prices are all slow, repetitive steps that software can speed up. Your estimator still makes the judgement calls; they just stop doing the copying.
