For advisers and business support organisations

Help your clients use technologywithout becoming their IT department.

Accountants, consultants, IT providers, chambers and support programmes are often the first people a business asks about software, automation and AI. VRTL gives you somewhere practical to send them: a free assessment of how their business works, a clear recommendation and a fixed price, with the work done by us.

Who this is for

Organisations that already advise or support small and medium-sized businesses and want a straightforward, trustworthy route for clients who ask "should we be using AI?" or "is there a better way to do this?":

  • accountancy practices and bookkeepers;
  • business consultants and independent advisers;
  • IT and managed service providers;
  • chambers of commerce, trade associations and business networks;
  • business support and growth programmes.

How it works for your clients

  1. You share your VRTL link — in an email, a newsletter, a client portal or a conversation. Approved partners can also have their own introduction page.
  2. Your client shares their website. VRTL reviews their public pages and explains what it found, where time is likely being lost and what is uncertain.
  3. They get a Business Assessment covering their current tools, improvement opportunities, a recommended VRTL system and a transparent price. They can print it or save it to a free account.
  4. They decide. Some buy online, some ask us questions first and some take the findings away. There is no pressure and no obligation.

Clients who arrive through your link are recorded as your introduction for 90 days from their first visit.

What you'll see — and what you won't

We tell you how many people your introductions have brought to VRTL and how far they got, so you can see whether it's useful to your clients.

We do not share a client's conversation, assessment, documents, billing or anything else from their account. If a client wants you involved, they can choose to share a summary — their business name, the system recommended, the main improvement areas and their progress — from their VRTL Cloud account. They can withdraw that at any time and access stops immediately.

Being open about incentives

Some partners receive a referral fee from VRTL; some prefer not to. Either way, we tell the client. Where a fee applies, your introduction page says so plainly, and the client pays exactly the same price as anyone else.

Fees are set out in a written agreement and only arise from orders that have actually been paid. We calculate them, review them and pay them manually — nothing is automatic, and nothing is owed on enquiries or assessments alone.

Programmes and embedding

If you run a support programme or network, we can talk about offering VRTL assessments to your members with your organisation's name alongside ours.

Add the free assessment to your website

Paste this into any page and your visitors can start a free assessment of how best to use AI in their business without leaving your site's content. The assessment itself opens on VRTL in a new tab. Approved partners get their own version with their referral code built in, so every assessment started from their site is credited to them.

Questions partners ask

Is every application accepted?

No. We read every application and talk to you before agreeing anything. We look for organisations whose clients we can genuinely help.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Your role is the introduction. VRTL does the assessment, recommendation, setup and support.

What if a client was introduced by two partners?

The first valid introduction counts. Later links from another partner are recorded so we can review them fairly, but they don't replace the first.

Can I use my own branding?

Approved partners can have an introduction page showing their name and, with permission, their logo. We don't add a partner's logo or wording without their approval.

Will my clients' information be shared with me?

Only if the client chooses to share a summary, and only for as long as they keep sharing switched on.
