Connecting your systems
Flow works on its own from day one. Optional modules connect it to the tools you already use — for example creating jobs from incoming documents, or passing completed work to your accounts or CRM software through their published APIs. We confirm your systems at kick-off before any integration is priced.
How we implement it
We map one or two of your processes with you, configure the steps, roles and notifications, import open work, and run it alongside your current approach until your team is comfortable.

Will it work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. VRTL's integration modules connect to common accounts, CRM and operational systems through their published APIs. We confirm your specific systems at kick-off before any integration work is priced or started, and we'll tell you if something can't be connected reliably.
Can the product be tailored to our business?
Yes. Each product is configured around your business: you choose the optional modules, and we set up the workflows, roles, documents and integrations during implementation. Anything genuinely bespoke is scoped and priced separately before any work starts.
What happens after we buy?
You get access to VRTL Cloud, where you'll see your onboarding tasks and implementation milestones. We start with a kick-off call, configure and test the system with you, then switch it on. We also agree what improvement we're aiming for, and review the measured result with you after go-live.
